for the City of Raleigh 1304 Marlowe Rd Bank Stabilization & Lakestone Sanitary Sewer Repair projects
These documents are provided for the record only for 401 Certification and Corps Notification because
written approval is not required however the work takes place within unmaintained sanitary sewer
easements therefore buffer authorization is sought For your review we have enclosed the following
• Five copies of the PCN Application Form
• Five copies of USGS Map
• Five copies of the bank stabilization detail
The project titled 1304 Marlowe Rd Bank Stabilization consists of replacing an exposed 12 clay pipe
with DIP and stabilizing the bank The project titled Lakestone Sanitary Sewer Repair consists of
replacing an exposed 8 clay pipe with DIP

The construction described in this permit application results in a total of approximately 4 200 square
feet of Zone 1 buffer impact 800 square feet of Zone 2 buffer impact and less than 80 linear feet of
stream disturbance
