nitrogen, toluene, metals, oil & grease) and Blue Ridge Labs (cyanide).

46, The POTW issued Notices of Noncompliance to Catawba Valley Medical Center for zinc and pH limit violations (January 2016)
and an oil & grease limit violation (March 2016). The POTW issued Notices of Noncompliance to Century Furniture -Pipe 001 for
BOD and TSS- limit violations (January 2016); ammonia limit violations (March —June 2016); and at the Century Furniture --:Pipe 002
for a chromium limit violation (February 2016) and the failure to report the chromium limit violation within 24-hrs. of first knowledge.
Note: Century Furniture's IUP was modified (effective -September 2016) to raise the ammonia permit limit.
SUMMARY AND COMMENTS:
Comments: Thevopper detection level (5.0 ug/L).being used for the Northeast WW.TP was above the detection level (2.0 ug/L) noted in the Division approved LTMP.. The POTW will use the lower copper detection level (via contracted laboratory) for all future LTMP
sampling events at the Northeast W WTP. Note: The POTW was using the lower.copper detection level for the LTMP sampling events
at the Henry Fork WWTP. .
The'POTW's records were organized and well. maintained. The POTW'sIndustrial Pretreatment Program was being properly .
implemented.
