Please give a brief project description below.
This project is a proposed mixed use single-family and multi -family
residential development located at 9725 Kennebec Church Road in
Angier, NC. The project is about 28 acres. Existing conditions onsite
consists primarily of wooded and agricultural land with a house adjacent
to Kennebec Church Road. The project will result in the construction of
residential lots, roadway infrastructure, utilities, and SCMs with possible
impacts to wetlands/streams. Kennebec Church Road bisects the north
section of the property from the southern section.
