NARRATIVE:

The proposed project is for the expansion of
an existing ethanol intermodal facility by JT
co Russell and Sons, Inc to be located in the

County, NC. The scope of work includes
installation of erosion control measures,
storm drainage, asphalt paving, a rail yard,
> ethanol storage tanks and secondary

W CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE:
1. Obtain plan approval and permits prior
to beginning work.
2. Flag the work limits to prevent un-
necessary clearing.
3. Hold preconstruction meeting at least

4. Install temporary construction entrance.
