The scope of work includes installation of erosion control measures, storm drainage, asphalt paving, a rail yard, > ethanol storage tanks and secondary z containment basin and various structural BMP's. Total disturbed area for this project is 18.0 acres. D W CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE: 1. Obtain plan approval and permits prior to beginning work. 2. Flag the work limits to prevent un- necessary clearing. 3. Hold preconstruction meeting at least 0 one week prior to starting construction. 4. Install temporary construction entrance. w W 5. Install sediment trap, basin, silt fence, o and temporary diversions. Install storm drainage pipes and appropriate inlet protection devices. 6. Clear and grub site. 7.
