I ve reviewed your Low Impact Bridge applications requesting a NW 3 for the replacement of Bridge # 72 and
Bridge # 87 in Bertie Co (DWQ project # s 11 1092 and 11 1093) Water Quality Certification # 3687 is issued
for these projects Written approval is not required for use of this Certification provided all the conditions can
be met If any of the conditions cannot be met written approval may be required Let me know if you have any
