Approval of Phased Mitigation, Corolla Bay, Section 3-Phase I
Dear Mr. Avery:
On December 6, 2011 the Division • Water Quality received a confirmation letter from Great Dismal Swamp
Restoration Bank, LLC stating 0.318916 wetland mitigation credits have been purchased by Corolla Bay LLC from
the Timberlake mitigation bank, HUC code 03010205. This letter serves as your approval to proceed with the
impacts to fill or otherwise pen-nanently impact 6,946 square feet of isolated wetlands as described in your
application dated December 21, 2007 and approved on April 3, 2009 by DWQ Project #2005-2066, Ver. 5.
At this time you are limited to the impacts in Section 3, Phase I which are labeled on the approved plans and
specifications as Section 3, Wetland & Fill Area "I". Approved plans and specifications for this project are
incorporated by reference and are enforceable parts of the permit. Violations of any condition herein set forth may
result in revocation of the Permit and may result in criminal and/or civil penalties. The authorization to proceed with
your proposed impacts to Isolated Wetlands as depicted in your application and as authorized by permit 2005-2066
V.5 and this approval letter, shall expire upon expiration of the IWGP 100000 (October 31, 2013) or unless otherwise
rescinded by the Director of the Division of Water Quality.
