To: Vanessa Manuel or Scott Vinson NC Dept ofEnvironmental Quality JAN - 7 2021 Raleigh Regional Office lam sending this correspondence in reference to the Town ofJackson experiencing inflow exceeding it's permitted limits on the following dates(with amounts). December 22"`r (382,600 gals), 23r`r (301,100 gals), 24th (291,900 gals). 25th through 28th each day averaged out at(648,300 gals). The dates of25t through the 28th %%as as a result of 3.6" of rain on the 24t. As of this date the Town has received 8.5 inches of rainfall following November's 10.0 inches of rain. The To sn's WWTP facility storage lagoon freeboard today stands at 2.5 inches. The Town is spraying it's irri�aation facility fields accordingly to keep our freeboard and the permitted amount of daih spraying, in compliance .
