I am sending this correspondence in reference to the Town of Jackson experiencing inflow exceeding it's
permitted limits on the following dates: (with amounts) January 261°' (887,100 gals), 27'1' (687,700 gals). 28'''
(675,800 gals) and 29'1' (687,500 gals). This event was due to 2 inches of rainfall on the 25'11 and 266 and
has 4 inches of snowfall the 28'1'. This precipitation, along with a very wet fall and winter, has been an issue
for our system. This month alone has seen 5.4 inches of precipitation with more coming Sunday and
Monday the 3I51 and February I'. Freeboard this date at out WWTP Facility storage Lagoon is I'8"..fhc
Town continues to address our I & I issues.
