Dear Alaina,
This letter is in response to the Notice of Violation (NOV-2020-PC-0546), received by the Town on
January 6th, 2021. Please, let this serve as a confirmation that the Notice was received and that the Town
understands the deficiencies that were noted within the NOV. The Town fully intends to meet the
requirements and deadlines as set forth in the Notice. The Town has entered into a contract with the Withers
and Ravenel Engineering Firm to aid us in the development of a sustainable Stormwater Management Plan,
conducting the required self-audit of our Stormwater Management Program and meeting the proper timelines
set forth by the DEQ. Thank you for your help and guidance throughout this process and as we move forward.
