Karen is sending you an application and check for a 401 request for Pelican Pointe in Pasquotank County It will be a
new permit and new fee with us as the version 2 was issued on 11/10/2011 This project is a new 401 for us but a
major modification of the CAMA permit As such they provided a CAMA Major application and not a PCN Just wanted
to give you a heads up when you see it as to why there is no PCN Please enter it as 2006 1917 version 3
