Good Morning,
The Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources (DEMLR), received a complete Stormwater Management Permit
Application for the subject project on October 7, 2020. Staff review of the plans and specifications has determined that
the project, as proposed, will comply with the Stormwater Regulations set forth in Title 15A NCAC 2H.1000 - 1062 rules.
We are forwarding Permit No. SW6191001, dated October 8, 2020, for the construction, operation and maintenance of
the subject project and the stormwater system. This permit shall be effective from the date of issuance and shall be
subject to the conditions and limitations as specified therein, and does not supersede any other agency permit that may
be required.
The original signed permit package and approved plans are being mailed to Jonathan R. Weathers at the following
address (NOTE: Due to unforeseen circumstances, the mailing of the hard copy of the permit will be delayed slightly. It
should be mailed out in approximately one to two weeks):
Yard Storage, Inc.
809 Davis Avenue
Dunn, NC 28334
This project will be kept on file after 30 days at the Fayetteville Regional Office. If you have any questions, or need
additional information concerning this matter, please contact me at jim.farkas@ncdenr.gov. Sorry for the delay.
Thank you,
Jim Farkas
