Good Morning Mr. Hines,
Hope you and yours are well.
Writing to inform you that we have received your review request. It would seem
that there was a delay in its delivery as we received it on 10/07 but your letter is
dated 09/09. To avoid delays, especially during remote working situations, we
advise all applicants to submit requests via email to the
Environmental.Review@ncdcr.gov inbox.
I have processed in the culvert replacement project and put it on an expedited
review schedule. You should receive an emailed response from us within two
weeks. If you do not, please let me know. For future projects please plan for the
full 30 day review period.
