to fill or otherwise acre impact 33 linear feet of stream channel (temporary impacts) 1991 square feet of Zone 1
Neuse River basin protected riparian buffer (permanent impacts) and 678 square feet of Zone 2 Neuse basin
protected riparian buffer (permanent impacts) for a commercial development The DWQ has determined that your
application and additional information was incomplete and /or provided inaccurate information as discussed below
The DWQ will require additional information in order to process your application to impact protected streams and
buffers on the subject property This project is on hold and incomplete until we receive the additional information
requested below If we do not receive the requested information your project will be formally returned as
incomplete Please provide the following information so that we may continue to review your project

It is our understanding that the Town of Cary is reviewing this project for stormwater management Per the
Neuse River riparian buffer rules please provide a diffuse flow device at the outlet of the proposed wet
detention pond Please provide one LS VFS Supplement form (available at
http Hportal ncdenr org/web/wq/ws/su/bmp manual) with all required items However if this is within
the Town of Morrisville s jurisdiction please obtain a buffer authorization and meet diffuse flow
requirements through the Town of Morrisville
Please submit three copies of this information within 30 calendar days of the date of this letter Please send
additional information to DWQ Central Office, Attn Karen Higgins, 1650 Mail Service Center, Raleigh,
