The PAR Narrative compared to the Program Information have the following
discrepancies: In the Program Information, the IWS was approved 06/21/19 and due
04/01/24, but in the Narrative the IWS was approved 08/04/14 and due 04/01/19.
In the Program Information, the ERP was approved 01/04/06, but in the Narrative the
IWS was approved 02/13/20.

This discrepancy was resolved via email with Bill Deal. The dates listed in the Program
information were correct for the IWS. The dates listed in the Narrative were correct
for the ERP.
