Met with Mr. McKneely, equiptment operator who was there at the closure of the waste pond, and Michael Shepard with NCDA on
site to look at the two holes that have been dug where the waste pond was located, no abnormal debris found in the holes. Owner
will submit the proper paperwork once he gets it signed. Waste Pond was closed improperly leading to a discharge on
5-29-2019.
