In a letter dated December 16 2011 the North Carolina Division of Water Quality (DWQ)
requested more information in response to the Western Wake Partners buffer authorization
application package The requested information is provided herein
1 On behalf of the Western Wake Partners Hazen and Sawyer is coordinating with Martin
Richmond of DWQ to obtain a buffer determination for the streams not shown in the
original application package Upon completion of the buffer determination any
necessary changes to the application will be made
2 The noted buffer impact has been added to Figure 3D and to the impact table Please
see revised documentation attached
3 The plans and figure have been revised to show no buffer impact at the noted location
4 The plans and figure have been revised to show no buffer impact at the noted location
