Here is the reply I received from Mr Steffens Mr Lekson is leaving for a Washington
assignment and Mr Steffens is taking his place Per him, he was not the supvr and has no
idea why the USACE did not post the PUBLIC NOTICE CORRECTLY He says he will be talking to
Mr Wescott
The extension date is JAN 18, not Jan 14th as Mr Wescott said in his email
