Attached is a brief description of the proposed mine project and permit status based on information provided by the
divisions I did not think to include DAQ when I asked about permits yesterday so do not have specific information on air
quality permitting yet I understand that these types of operations often need a minor source air quality permit
It looks like the first opportunity for a public hearing may be the NPDES permit DWQ has not yet made a decision to
have a hearing but given the level of public interest in the discharge to Blount s Creek that may be a good idea
