Sobol s 401 Water Quality Certification for The Village at Mott s Landing The check for $240 was
received by your office on 3 January 2012, and the $330 check for the balance of the fee was
received by your office on 5 January 2012 This should have him current on his requirements,
and hopefully won t impede the approval process I ve attached a copy of the UPS signature
confirmation page showing that the final check was signed for, as well as the letter mailed to Dr

The fee issue was (thankfully) resolved yesterday after receiving the missing check for $330 A Public Notice issued by
the US Army Corps of Engineers will be the next step to begin the review and approval process Until the Public Notice
is provided the project will remain on hold for our processing due to incomplete information (15A NCAC 2H 0507(a))
