acres located at 269 Tap Root Road, Fletcher, Henderson County,
NC. The project includes the construction of 699 SFR, neighborhood
amenity center, stormwater management measures, landscaping,
lighting and utility improvements. The proposed limit of disturbance is
approximately 152-acres. Approximately 187-LF of permanent
impacts to jurisdictional waters for road crossing, 17-LF temporary
impacts to jurisdictional waters for sanitary sewer installation and
,0.010-acres of temporary impacts to jurisdictional wetland for
sanitary sewer installation.
