The tank was pumped in 2017. The effluent pipe was dry and no discharge was observed during the inspection. The Halls frequently check the pipe for flow and have not observed a discharge. If a discharge is observed samples are to be obtained and analyzed for compliance with the permitted effluent limits. Two tubes contained chlorine tablets at the time of the inspection. Given the limited flow of this system placing chlorine tablets in just one tube should be sufficient.
