This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NC0043788. The DWR would like to thank Phillip Creech (ORC) and Steven Ward (Back- up ORC) for their time, assistance, and expertise provided during the inspection. There were no compliance issues observed during the inspection. The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the "Water Compliance Inspection Report".
