Construction of stable stream channel and floodplain along 1,400 linear feet of Catheys Creek and Kuykendall Creek immediately upstream of the Brevard Water Treatment Plant. 2. Relocation of the submerged gravity pipe water intake upstream to a stable scour pool away from the road. 3. Planting of native grasses, shrubs, and trees on all disturbed streambanks and floodplain areas in the construction zone. 4. Installation of 275 linear feet of guardrail along the left descending creek bank in the vicinity of the water treatment plant. 5.
