In accordance with your written request received January 29, 2021, we are forwarding herewith a
corrected Attachment A of Permit No. WQ0023261 issued September 23, 2020.
The correction to the subject permit is as follows:
1. The monitoring parameter of Solids, Total Suspended (PCS Code #00530) has been replaced
with Solids, Total Dissolved - 180 OC (PCS Code # 70300) for surface water sampling station
SW-1 in PPI 002
Please replace Attachment A in Permit No. WQ0023261 issued September 23, 2020 with the
enclosed corrected Attachment A.
