Please see attached. I thought I had sent this with the application but must have missed it. Sorry.
The shed is existing and they would like to keep it.
The proposed driveway is in the exact location as the existing drive. The current drive is 12' wide and ends
where Zone 1 and Zone 2 meet. We are going to widen the driveway to 15' (the additional 3' will be in Zone 2,
not Zone 1). 1 hope this makes sense......

Joey,
I have begun the review process for the above referenced site and the following information is required in order to
complete the approval process:
• I have attached a copy of an agent authorization form. In order for you to sign the application, a signed agent
authorization form by the owner, Jonathan Strickland, must be submitted. Please email me a signed form.
• Is the shed already located on the property at present?
• Is the driveway in the exact same footprint as before?
• If there is new driveway in Zone 1 then per the Neuse table of uses 15A NCAC 02B .0714(v)(ii): residence or
necessary infrastructure in Zone 1 is allowable with mitigation. I included a snip of the table below. You will
need to obtain a statement of availability (SOA) letter from a mitigation back and once that is obtained, you can
email the SOA to me and it will be included in the buffer authorization letter. You will then have to pay the
mitigation amount before you can begin work. The amount of mitigation that needs to be obtained is: 264
square feet * 3 = 792 square feet.
