That is a very good question and I do not know the answer. Normally, it would be the $570 but in this case I'm not
sure. I'm guessing it would be $240 in this case but I'm not sure. Am I correct, Laurie?

I am going to be submitting a new PCN for Autumn Hall in the next few days. They didn't finish constructing all of their
wetland and stream impacts prior to the expiration of their previous permits. If you recall, their original permit application
requested permanent impacts to 0.115 acre of wetlands and 187 LF of stream and temporary impacts to 0.021 acre of
wetlands and 61 LF of stream. They have installed 193 LF of the stream impacts and now only have to finish 40 LF of
permanent stream impact and 15 LF of temp impact. What should the DWQ application fee be? Would it be $570 for total
impacts (both constructed and not constructed) or $240 for just those impacts left to install?
