3 You must complete Part 3 of the application identifytng how you will provide stormwater treatment for the
screen porch Please provide a stormwater management plan that is des�gned to remove 85% of Total
Suspended Solids 30% of Total N�trogen and 30% of Total Phosphorus from the stormwater that runs off
the screen porch [Th�s plan must address how stormwater runoff form the add�tion of a roof will be
treated A typical approach �s the stormwater is routed in such a manner that �s may �nfiltrate into the so�l
and/or flow m a diffuse manner whereby the water quality funct�on of the ripartan zone (streamstde area)
�s not short c�rcu�ted and pol(utants are removed ] You may also choose to treat an equivalent amount of
built upon area elsewhere on the property The stormwater management plan should include a BMP
Supplement Form with all requ�red �tems for each proposed BMP BMP Supplement Forms are available
