The National Park Service proposes improvements to an approximately
0.86 mile section of Lighthouse Road starting at Beach Access Ramp 43
north towards the intersection with Loggerhead Ln.The improvements
consist of raising the elevation of the road in order to reduce flooding.
Temporary and permanent impacts to CAMA wetlands are anticipated.
We have checked the box indicating it is a transportation project however
it is not an NCDOT project and does not involve FHWA.
Please give a couple of dates you are available for a meeting.
