In accordance with the NCDEQ Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources, stormwater discharge
permit, Mueller Steam Specialty is submitting this Semi -Annual Stormwater Discharge Monitoring
Report for period July -Dec 2020. During this period there was no discharge observed from outfall 001 or
002.
