The ePCN for the above referenced project was already submitted via LaserFiche. After downloading the
completed application, I realized that I did not check the "Riparian Buffer Authorization" under question A (1d.)
Type(s) of approval sought from the DWR, and I should have checked it. The buffer impacts, etc. have all
been included as part of the submittal and this permit does require buffer approval. I wanted to clarify that I
am seeking a buffer authorization as well as a 401 for the proposed project.
