Facility Name NPDES Permit # Courtney Elementary School (CES) NC0029599 Forbush Elementary School (FES) NC0029602 Forbush High School (FHS) NC0071773 Starmount High School (SHS) NC0070459 East Bend Elementary School (EBES) NC0029611 These inspections consisted of documentation reviews, as well as site reviews, and were conducted to verify that the facilities are operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in their associated NPDES permits. The assistance and cooperation of Mr. Mitchell Long, Operator in Responsible Charge (ORC), was immensely appreciated. Documentation Reviews The inspection began with a review of all documentation and data pertaining to the subject facilities. All required documentation was provided by Mr. Long, data was consistent across documentation, and document organization demonstrated careful maintenance. The findings and comments noted during these inspections are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report". Since there were no significant issues or findings noted during these inspections, a response to this inspection report is not required. Please encourage Mr. Long to keep up the good work in ensuring the plants are properly operated and maintained, and consistently meeting all conditions of the permits.
