I reviewed the NIEHS Stormwater Permit Summary Report and have the following change requests and questions:
-The owner type is listed as Non -Government. Should NIEHS be listed as Government since we are a federal
government facility?
- Update email address to [e-mail] and my title to: Environmental Compliance Specialist
- Update the permit billing contact phone number to 984-287-3396
- Also, I'm the facility, permit, and billing contact and have signature authority. However, this authority was granted a
long time ago. Does any official paperwork need to be submitted for e-signature authority?
- Update the NIEHS stormwater outfalls as follows:
Outfall #1: Building 108
Lat / Long: 35.877961,-78.876339
This outfall pipe discharges stormwater into a UT to NIEHS/Discovery Lake through the dam into a UT to Burdens Creek
100% stormwater
Outfall #2: Building 105
Lat / Long: 35.877495,-78.876698
This outfall pipe discharges stormwater into a UT to NIEHS/Discovery Lake through the dam into a UT to Burdens Creek
100% stormwater
- Does the above information need to be updated before I proceed to Step 2 in the registration process?
