We need to install a 5' diameter Galvanized steel culvert that is 30'
long in order to access the property from 74-A (Charlotte Highway).
There is already an existing curb cut near the power poll on the
corner of the property near 74-A. It appears that there once was a
culvert there. There are two culverts in the same diameter on either
side of the property. One is for Asheville stone. We would be doing
the same thing.

Please give a couple of dates you are available for a meeting.
