with the project plans, specifications, and other supporting data, subsequently
filed and approved by the'Division of Environmental Manage7«ent.
This Permit shall be effective from the date of issuance until
, and shall be subject to the follo�,.ing specified conditions and
limitations:
1. This Permit shall. be subject to revocation unless the wastewater treatment
facilities are operated in such manner as to<achieve compliance with. the
effluent limitations specified herein.
2. The Permit is effective with respect to the limitations pertaining to the
nature and volume of effluents set forth as fello;as:

3. The Permittee shall clean out, refill with uncontaminated water (by
June 30, 1976) and maintain the aeration lagoons and stabilization lagoon
so that the flow may be diverted into them in case of plant break-do�•m
and ir•. the event that the receiving stream quality is being contravened.
4. This Permit shall become void unless the Permittee conducts monitoring and
reporting in accordance with "Regulation Relating to Monitoring and
Reporr_:+n� i•iasterfater Discharges and Their Effect Upon Receiving Waters",
adopted on May 17, 1973, by the North Carolina Environmental Management
Corimission.
