Roberto, per out telephone conversation I wanted to give you the time of the bypass. As you are aware we have had a
very wet week and the rain totals for last three days have been 1.6" here at the plant. The ground being already
saturated and the flow coming into the plant exceeded 5 MGD during the night. The filters were not able to keep up and
were continuously backwashing. The bypass was open at 0315 Hours. They are still bypassed at this time. There will be a
