PCS Phosphate Company Inc.
Dear Mr. Tankard,
Final repairs were made to the AHF Control Room Pump Tank on Tuesday, January
12, reconnecting the pump tank to the permitted collection system. Paul Shivers, PE, with
Highfill Infrastructure visited the site Wednesday, January 13 to provide final
certification of the force main repairs. The pump tank was placed back into service on the
same day.
I am providing notification that the pump & haul activities associated with the above
referenced permit are no longer required and requesting that this permit be rescinded
upon receipt.
