I hope this letter finds you well. The purpose of this letter is to begin the process of
withdrawal for Minzies Creek Sanitary District from the current Special Order of Consent. Let
this letter service as notice that Minzies Creek Sanitary District is requesting a formal

plant and spray field is significantly behind schedule. We are in the process of preforming soil
samples on a number of acres of land in relative proximity to the Sanitary District, once we
are aware of this lands suitability the District may begin the process of acquiring the land and
moving forward with actual construction. Please let me know what further steps you require
on behalf of the District for consideration of a withdrawal from the current special order of
consent.
