Those are the correct parameters, but we typically sample Outfall #9 (with duplicate), Outfall #13i, and Outfall #15i for
the stormwater permit. Like I said previously, Outfall 001 (process water) and Outfall 002 (sanitary) are for our NPDES
permit. I have attached our 2H 2O20 report for reference.

I see it now. I had typed in the wrong permit number. According to our permit data system, NCS000022 only has 2
outfalls, 001 and 002. So what you are seeing in the Create Page screen is correct. When you create the page, do you
see the same parameters that are on your WW permit? You should be seeing the following parameters for both the
outfalls.
Parameter
Lead, Total (as Pb)- 01051
Oil and grease, hexane extr method- 00552
pH-00400
,Rainfall - 46 529
Solids, Total Suspended - Concentration - C0530

Yes, I do see both of those. When I create the report and then go to add new page this is what I see:
Create Page
Report Period:
January 2021
Permit Number;
NCS000022
Outfall and Sampling Location:
Outfall: 001 - Location; EFFLUENT
C'rp.ak€ Page.
Under outfall and Location I only see Outfall 001 and Outfall 002. These are for our NPDES permit not what we sample
for stormwater.
Please advise.

You should see both NC0001228 and NCS000022 in the report list on the Create Report screen. When you created the
report, did you create it for NCS000022?

Hi Michelle,
I was hoping I could speak with you regarding our (global nuclear fuel) edmr for stormwater. When we go to
create a report it shows up as if we are sampling for our npdes permit not stormwater. We see the daily data
entry as well as entry for outfall 1 (process discharge) and outfall 2 (sanitary discharge). We do not see anything
for our stormwater sampling locations. Please feel free to give me a call and I can explain further.
Regards,
