In reviewing the NOI certification documents in our records this past week, we noted that you submitted a certification
with electronic signature history. We accept this for our on-line permit application submittal attachment, particularly
during the challenges of Covid-19 restrictions; however, the paper copy you mail in to us should be an original signed
copy (not electronically signed) to satisfy EPA requirements. We hope this clarifies the requirement if there was any
confusion.

You have been granted coverage under North Carolina's NPDES General Stormwater Permit for Construction
Activities.
Your Certificate of Coverage (COC) number is NCC210392, and your COC is attached.
This COC has been issued for Wendell Falls Phase 7A in Wake County, in response to the Notice of Intent
(NOI) application submitted on 1/21/2021.
You are required to follow the conditions of the NCGO10000 General Permit (or NCG250000 General Permit,
if applicable) for the duration of your construction activity. You will be covered by this COC until you submit
an electronic Notice of Termination (eNOT), provided you remain current with your annual permit fees.
