On December 15, 2020, Roberto Scheller of this Office conducted a compliance inspection at the subject facility.
This inspection was conducted as a Compliance Evaluation Inspection (CEI) to insure compliance with permit
requirements and conditions. Please note that during the file review it was noted that Annual Permit Fees are
outstanding for 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019. It is necessary that you contact the Water Quality Permitting Section to
