NPDES permit NCO076147 is hereby rescinded, effective immediately. This message is to close the
permit file for the Division, and for your records.
If in the future you wish to discharge wastewater to the State's surface waters, you must first apply
for and receive a new NPDES permit.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, simply reply to this message.
PLEASE NOTE: as part of the Division's conversion to paperless communication, this email is the
only notification you will be sent regarding the permit rescission. No hard copy will be mailed.

Dear Ms. Young,
I am the property owner's (Doriana Atkinson -Fitch) Husband and she asked me
to look into this.
Apparently she has been paying for this permit since 1998...
This is a permit for a proposed Waste Water Treatment Plant. There is no such
plant on the property now or planned for the future. The property is
Undeveloped and will remain that way until it is transferred to a New
Owner. The New Owner can apply for whatever permits they want.
We see no need for any Permit...
