Hope you had a nice Christmas! I would like to formally request that the Jackie Realty Holdings, LLC project
for Lot 23 Marina Way in North Topsail Beach be placed on hold. I will contact Cameron Weaver to set up a
conference call with the agencies that had concerns for this project. I'll keep you posted.

I've sent an email to the CORPS to discuss, I not too concerned about the boat ramp water depth, can always
extend just a bit to get to -3', my biggest concern is the CORPS and power lines. I'll let you know by Monday
about the hold. May even suggest the ramp be removed from the project. Thanks and have a great weekend!!

Not until 1/17/21. But if we continue to process and I get back the official comments of objection and/or denial
of the DWR or USACE permit we would be working farther towards a denial. With the info I sent previously I
think USACE and possibly DWR are moving in that direction now.

Morning Debbie,
I just received this project and have not had much of a chance to review but I have received a number of
comments (above) of concern that I wanted to get to you asap. In summary, DMF, DWR and WRC have
concerns with the depth of the ramp in PNA being less than 3 feet. DWR also noted potential concerns with

easements that were verified by USACE and the Town. The Town's easement concerns have to do with the
power lines. I have also attached comments from the power company that note a possible path forward on their
end.
The most notable comments besides the resource agencies, come from USACE, where they note that the
property may not be able to be developed as proposed.
My suggestion would be to place the project on applicant hold and set up a scoping meeting through Cameron
Weaver to review the project with the agencies so we can get a clear picture of the concerns and discuss any
potential options. I think this is preferrable over email since there are a number of concerns, it might get too
cumbersome otherwise.
Let me know your thoughts when you've had time to review.
