The information provided in the application for permit renewal appears to be sufficient and analytical data provided
indicates residuals meet regulatory limits. On January 21, 2021, WSRO staff made a site visit to the subject facility for a review
associated with application for permit renewal. Mr. Craig Koonts and Mr. Jeremy Kendrick accompanied staff on the review. See
inspection report dated January 21, 2021 for details from the site visit. Following review of the application and site visit, it is
recommended to renew the permit.
