The entrance to the site is on the left side of S.R. 1110.

PART IV - EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
The site appeared suitable for the construction of the proposed WWTP.
Effluent should be piped to a point near the mouth of the cove as designated
on the attached topo map.
A buffer zone of 150 feet (using suitable barrier type buffers) and 250
feet (without buffers) should be designated between the proposed WWTP and all
proposed and/or future dwellings. This should be shown on the plans prior
to issuing an A to C.
Since this discharge enters A -II, B waters, the DHS will need to comment
on this Permit application. Standby power should be required at this site.
