A permit correction has been issued for the NPDES Individual Industrial Stormwater Permit NCS000509 issued on
December 4, 2020. The only change in the corrected permit is the expiration date. I have attached both the corrected
permit and the cover letter to this email. These documents will also be mailed to you via USPS. Please replace the permit
issued December 4, 2020 with the attached permit.
