There wasn't a total site diagram/plan for the project. Also you apparently submitted only one
drawing for a road crossing, when there are apparently two? Or is it how the table is listed
It also appears there are concrete "splash pads" (these are not conducive to low flow
situations) at the inlet/outlet and are used to "direct" flow. It appears the culvert could be
shifted to the north to avoid the meander and placed in a straighter section of the channel
Is stormwater planned for the site?
