Please be advised the above referenced plan is a part of a common plan of development and has been
approved as noted by the Town of Huntersville Planning and Engineering Departments. This approval
is required prior to applying for the Construction Stormwater General Permit (NCG010000). Application
for this permit can be made at https:Hdeg.nc.gov/NCGO1.
Please contact the Town of Huntersville Erosion Control Coordinator, Anne Loftin (704) 579-1090 or
aloftin@huntersville.org, to set up a pre -construction meeting after obtaining your Certificate of Coverage
(COC) from NCDEQ. Refer to the attached Fact Sheet for additional information.
The Financially Responsible Owner (FRO) is responsible for ensuring this project meets all
federal, state and local town codes, ordinances and standards.
Approved and stamped plans are available in the "Approved Package" section of the EPM
system to print. Please keep one set of stamped plans on site at all times.
