The offal from this is placed in a bucket which is then untilzed for crab bait, or disposed of in the dumpster. A large stainless screen is in place prior to drainage to the discharge pipe. Mr. Phillips had his permit and records on hand, however, he missed his annual sampling in 2019. He scheduled his 2020 sampling while DWR was present. Mr. Phillips primarily packs out shrimp which are sold head on. He did not have an annual flow estimate and needs to add DO to his annual sampling. Sampling parameters were within limits of the permit.
