doclang facilrty and boat ramp at 191 203, and 209 Old Carteret Road m Smyrna Carteret
County North Carolma
Your proposal has been reviewed and found to be consistent wrth the provisions and
ob�echves of the CAMA Corps Programmatic Permit process for construction activrties that
receive authonzation from the State of North Carolma Therefore, you may commence
construction activity m stnct accordance with applicable State authonzation and the approved
plan Failure to comply with the State authonzation or conditions of the Federal permit could
result m civil and/or admirustrative penalhes
If any change in your work is required because of unforeseen or altered condrtlons or for any
other reason plans revised to show the change must be sent promptly to tlus office and the North
Carolma Division of Coastal Management pnor to performmg any such change or alteration
Such action is necessary as revised plans must be reviewed and the authonzation modified Your
Department of the Army permrt will expire March 1 2015
