Please reference your October 2 2011 request for a time extension of our Department of
the Army authonzation to discharge fill matenal mto 1 56 acre of Waters of the Umted States
mcludmg wetlands drammg mto the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway These impacts are
associated wrth the construction of The Reserve at St James Plantation located on the south side
of Highway 211 m the St James Plantation residential development Southport Brunswick
County North Carolina Specifically you are requestmg to extend the expiration date for an
addrtional two (2) years
After review of the request, we have determmed that the time extension can be authorized
provided no deviation or other modifications have occurred from the onginal operational plans
that may cause addirional impacts to �unsdictional areas Your permit expiration date has been
extended to December 31 2013 Please be remmded that all conditions of the original permit
remam applicable We are requesting m addrtion to these conditions that as built surveys of the
authonzed impact areas be provided to our Office within 30 days of completion of the pro�ect
